Danylo Vasylenko worked as an assistant to artist Olena Hadzhilova from 2015 to 2022.

Since 2018, he has been working as an independent artist.

He has created and designed sets for films, concerts, music videos, and commercials, as well as concert costumes, video shoot attire, and art installations for exhibitions and presentations

His first experience working with theater was in 2023. He collaborated with choreographers Anastasia Kharchenko and Kateryna Bysheva as a stage designer, creating the set for the dance performance "Luli" (premiered in 2023 at the Kyiv Opera on Podil). He is also the set designer for the two-act musical *Pinocchio* by B. Sevastyanov (Kyiv Opera on Podil, premiered in 2023).

Since 2024, he has been collaborating with Kyiv Modern-Ballet:
